The original painting, from which this print is taken, depicts Stuart and his wife adopting masculine and feminine archetypes from 1950s Cowboy movies in a ‘borrowed’ painting found at a flea market. The painting was part of Stuart’s 2010 exhibition I Remember You at Riflemaker Gallery in London.
